Compliance Policies for Enreach Presale increased to Enhanced Due Diligence (“EDD”) for ALL Participants

Ever since becoming vocal about crypto last year, I have not waivered on the stance that regulation and compliance is good for the industry.

Regulation is here, whether you like it or not!

Fresh liquidity from new participants on ramps into crypto via compliant entry points such as Coinbase, Gemini, Circle, Binance, Kraken et al. Me, like many others in the real world, receive our incomes in FIAT and use this income to invest. Each one of us in the real world did some form of KYC with the above mentioned services, to turn in real life money into crypto assets.

Enreach has ambitions of collaborating with above mentioned companies. Our advisors from SORS Digital Assets, Genesis Block, Kluk Farber as well as our own Laura Hanna (MLRO of Opt1mize) have highlighted some elements of the current NRCH Presale that need to change, should we ever want to collaborate in ANY way with Coinbase, Gemini, Binance or ANY US Bank, including those we have relationships with via Opt1mize.

The changes to the Presale are detailed below:

• KYC/AML Checks on EVERY individual purchasing NRCH at Presale
• Individuals resident in the following countries are unable to participate in the Presale:

United States, Canada, China, Afghanistan, Belarus, Bosnia Herzegovina, Burundi, Central Africa Republic, Comoros, Congo, Congo Democratic Republic, Cuba, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Guinea, Guinea Bissau, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Mali, Myanmar, North Korea, Puerto Rico, Philippines, Somalia, Sudan, Sudan Republic of South, Syria, Tunisia, Yemen, Zimbabwe

• Purchase limits increased to 20ETH maximum, with NO minimum requirement
• Hardcap reduced to 1250ETH with NRCH price reduced from 0.0016ETH down to 0.00125ETH
• Uniswap listing price equal to or less than Presale price i.e. 0.00125ETH
• Lockup of Presale tokens to be removed since there is no distinct advantage of purchasing on presale compared to Uniswap, other than being guaranteed an allocation subject to KYC (THIS IS YET TO BE 100% CONFIRMED)

Therefore, we will be actioning the above points and aiming to have the Smart Contract for NRCH live by Wednesday/Thursday to start accepting ETH from participants who have successfully been approved for KYC.

I have to be very clear on the purpose or utility of the NRCH token. NRCH is a token that allows holders to vote on the various aspects of the Enreach ecosystem including but not limited to, the spend on items or services rendered to maintain the compliance of our community project. The NRCH token WILL BE REQUIRED to interact with Enreach Approved Smart contracts. The NRCH token will be granted as a reward to contributors and projects wishing to interact with Enreach Approved Smart contracts.

NRCH is not a security. NRCH has ZERO value. Don’t buy NRCH unless you wish to interact with Enreach Approved Smart Contracts.

We are currently finalising the build of Enreach Approved Smart Contracts, and are about to engage a Top 4 global professional services network (sometimes described as audit firms) to undergo continual Smart Contract Audits on our Vyper codebase. This firm has been a top contributor to the security of the Ethereum network, and our aim is to bring CeFi backed insurance to DeFi for Smart Contract technology.

If you are resident in certain jurisdictions e.g. USA or Canada, please rest assured, we will be regulated to deliver you a service soon. Register your details on the whitelist anyway, and there MAY or MAY NOT be a surprise (airdrop??) for registrants who performed KYC.

Once the smart contract goes live those with KYC approved will be able to login to the interface, agree to the Token Purchase Agreement and click a button to finalise the transaction with your wallet.
