Just some quick updates and announcements regarding the developments and ongoings within EnreachDAO.

New Risk Committee Member

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Matthew Stecker to the EnreachDAO Risk Committee. Matthew is currently the CEO of Evolving Systems who are currently a publicly listed company on the NASDAQ. Matthew is also a lawyer and earlier in his career worked for NEXT Computers underneath the legendary Steve Jobs, his bio is below:

Matthew brings to Enreach a long history of leadership in the Software, Services and Mobile industries.

After putting himself through law school working for NeXT, he worked at and eventually became President of Marble Associates, Inc., in Boston. Matthew has also run advertising technology at Vindigo, was the CTO of SmartServ, Inc., and was a Vice President and Principal at TMNG/Cartesian and its strategy consultancy CSMG.

Additionally, Matthew has been a Vice President at Real Networks, and served as CEO of Livewire Mobile from 2009 until its sale to OnMobile in 2013. From 2015 to 2017, Matthew was a Senior Advisor at the United States Department of Commerce where he helped to launch FirstNet, the Federal network for Public Safety. He has served on multiple boards and has been an advisor to many startups. He has a high profile in the mobile and digital ecosystems.

Matthew served as a Senior Policy Advisor to the United States Department of Commerce. In that capacity, Stecker was part of the senior team that launched FirstNet. Mr. Stecker currently serves on the board of SeaChange (NASDAQ:SEAC). Previously, Stecker served as the Vice President of Mobile Entertainment for RealNetworks (NASDAQ:RNWK), CEO of Live MicroSystems, Inc., and as a senior executive in both Telecom Operations and Strategy at Cartesian, Inc. (NASDAQ:CRTN). Mr. Stecker began his career working at NeXT Computer.

Matthew has extensive experience in telecom and technology, and is focused on the needs of Telecom Operators through delivery of integration with EnreachDAO smart contracts.

Cross Chain Bridge Update

ChainSwitch has been live and in use for a small number of users since launch. Even though the dapp is live, it is only accessible to private individuals whilst we continue testing.

The team are focused on delivery of Yaggr V1 so that liquidity mining will be available on BSC, at which point ChainSwitch will become open to all users and NRCH holders.

Tier1 Telecom Receivables — Relationship with MakerDAO and Centrifuge

One of the main use cases that allowed us to conceptualise EnreachDAO was through the delivery of integrations between Opt1mize CommSettle platform and EnreachDAO smart contracts, such that Tier1 Telecom Receivables (Invoices) could be funded using DeFi mechanisms.

Recently we were introduced into MakerDAO, specifically, those within MakerDAO who are responsible for collateralising “Real World Assets” using DAI stable coin. MakerDAO is currently working with Centrifuge on such use cases, for the delivery of funding pools for MarkerDAO to fund. (For some extra details see link https://forum.makerdao.com/t/consolfreight-contracts-review/7013)

EnreachDAO is currently designing schematics that are to be agreed and executed upon once approved by all parties. This would lead to MakerDAO taking 70% of the pool under a Senior Tranche, and the likes of other DeFi protocols working with Centrifuge such as Aave, Compound, C.R.E.A.M. et al taking the remaining 30% under Junior Tranches.

EnreachDAO Banking Infrastructure

EnreachDAO utilises Opt1mize as its FinTech partner initially to manage the FIAT banking reserve infrastructure for the nSTABLE coins and future regulated payment services. We are currently building the regulatory frameworks for the delivery of this solution after received soft approval for integrations with specific protocols for inflow and outflow of tokens and/or FIAT.

EnreachDAO Recruitment

As always, we are always looking for great individuals to join the team. We recently recruited Abdelmajid Oulfakir, who is a full stack developer and someone who worked for Opt1mize previously. We have also welcomed Christopher Dupont to join the team, and is currently working closely with Kader on some of our current deliverables.

In addition to development, we are looking to recruit a Community Designer. This role will be pivotal between the design and development of products and/or services for EnreachDAO community to utilise.

From the outset we have had an ethos of building solutions that fix real world problems. Problems, frictions and frustrations all represent design opportunities for product delivery. Currently on our roadmap we have many products/services to be delivered, and the role of Community Designer will support the continuous feedback between development and community, as well as dealing with narratives and content related to marketing and PR.

EnreachDAO GitBook

We are currently drafting a GitBook to add to the documents we wish to release for public reading and knowledge bases. The focus initially is to define the products being developed and the mechanics of use.
