A Guide to How the Launch will be Conducted
It has been a long time coming, and the Enreach team have been sprinting towards this end goal for many months.
The presale launch has been designed to facilitate a level of growth hacking and virality using Twitter. In the same way our CommSettle platform at Opt1mize is “Invite Only” (we don’t actively promote or market CommSettle, instead we let our users invite their customers or vendors to join), we have tried to capture the essence of this with Enreach. So we built an onboarding platform (what you guys in crypto call a “launchpad”) that uses Twitter to authorise entry into the whitelist based on defined rules.
In addition, we have built a KYC/AML platform connected to the launchpad to facilitate regulatory checks that are a pre-requisite for any regulated payment services that will be delivered by Enreach in the near future (FIAT on/off ramp).
The NRCH token sale is priced at 0.0016 ETH in exchange for 1 NRCH, therefore we have created 3 levels of entry:
1 ETH = 625 NRCH token; ACTION> Like & Retweet the Tweet with this Article
2 ETH = 1250 NRCH token; ACTION> Like & Retweet the Tweet with this Article
8 ETH* = 5000 NRCH token; ACTION> Like & Quote Retweet the Tweet with this Article but introducing a minimum of 3 unique Twitter handles who join whitelist subject to KYC/AML checks for 8ETH buyer
*8 ETH entrants are subject to KYC/AML checks once they refer 3 twitter handles to join whitelist ie 3 twitters that “Like & Retweet the Tweet with this article”.
PRESALE BUYERS OF NRCH TOKEN WILL BE SUBJECT TO 14 DAY LOCKUP OF THEIR TOKENS AFTER PRESALE CONCLUSION
Upon listing on Uniswap, once you have exchanged ETH for NRCH, presale entrants WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SEND OR SELL THEIR NRCH tokens for 14 days.
If you do not agree with the above, DO NOT ENTER PRESALE EVENT.
BONDING CURVE DISTRIBUTION AFTER PRESALE CONCLUSION
Due to the immense demand we have received, and should we hit the Hard Cap of 1600 ETH for 1m NRCH token we are considering the possibility of releasing another tranche of tokens (taken from Elastic Reserve supply) under a Bonding Curve Offering (BCO).
Should we progress down this road, the BCO will begin at 0.002 ETH for 1 NRCH, where an allocation of 50,000 NRCH tokens will be available to purchase.
This will give buyers who missed out on the Presale or those unable to afford 1 ETH to have a chance to participate in the launch.
Upon conclusion of the BCO, the ETH received from the BCO will be paired with NRCH token (from Elastic Reserve) and placed into liquidity.
BCO BUYERS OF NRCH WILL NOT BE SUBJECT TO 14 DAY LOCKUP OF TOKENS AND WILL HAVE ABILITY TO SELL ON UNISWAP AT LISTING
UNISWAP LISTING AND LIQUIDITY PROVISIONS
At listing stage on Uniswap, 1000 ETH will be used to create the Liquidity Pools on Uniswap. Our intention is to run both NRCH/ETH and NRCH/RFI liquidity pools with the total ETH being split equally for these provisions.
The BCO will go straight into NRCH/ETH pool to which we will add to LP with presale funds raised. The intention is to list on Uniswap at a price of 0.004 ETH for 1 NRCH token, with a total of 0.25m NRCH tokens placed in these pools (above and beyond the BCO liquidity raised).
PRESALE COMMITMENTS FOR EARLY FOLLOWERS AND CONTRIBUTORS
When the telegram group for Enreach was at 550 members, I made a commitment to those early followers that they will be guaranteed a place in the presale. As such, we have a list of the early followers who followed the exact instructions set out in the telegram group, and those followers will be able to access the whitelist platform and authenticate using twitter to join the presale.
ALL contributors of Enreach are guaranteed an 8 ETH participation in the NRCH presale subject to KYC without any requirements or actions. The list of contributors is detailed below:
